Shipping

Shipping rates are determined by the weight, service and destination of your order. You can view shipping costs and options for your order during the checkout process. To reflect the policies of the shipping company we use, weights may be rounded up.

Next Day Air orders placed by 12 PM (Noon) PST should be delivered by 3:00 PM local time on the next business day (weekends and major holidays do not count as time-in-transit days).

Second Day Air orders placed by 12 PM (Noon) PST should be delivered by the end of the second business day (weekends and major holidays do not count as time-in-transit days).

On Ground shipments, please allow three to eight days for delivery (weekends and major holidays do not count as time-in-transit days). UPS will not ship packages via ground to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

International shipments For shipping to all other countries around the world, please contact our recommended International shipping service, US GLOBAL MAIL. Please see the International Orders section for more information.

Shipping Policies
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12 PM (Noon) PST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 48 hours pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 12 PM (Noon) PST will begin processing the next business day, and ship within 48 hours. Orders placed on Friday after 12 PM (Noon) PST will begin processing on the following Monday. En-Day will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification. We use UPS for delivery, and therefore are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes. We do not offer Saturday delivery. We will make every effort to contact you in the event we are unable to meet the delivery times stated above. Please note that you will not be contacted if the products you are ordering are already marked as pre-order or back-ordered on the website.

Drop Ship Items
Drop ship items are shipped directly from the designer, manufacturer or retailer, to your door. Additional time should be allowed for processing the order. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding your order.

In some cases your entire order may not be shipped together. *No additional shipping charges will be added to your order.
